We are the Morongo Basin's Premier AAA (Automobile Club of Southern Calif) Approved Auto Repair Facility. Once a year AAA taps our customer base of 300 random customers. They are then turned over to a 3rd party survey company to call our customers to see how we are doing or NOT doing. I am Happy and Proud to say our team in Yucca Valley received a CSI score of 100% (2009).

NOTE: *Please note at this time we are only AAA Approved at our Yucca Valley facility. Our 29 Palms facility is too new to apply for AAA Approval status, but as soon as we are qualified (6 Months) WE WILL APPLY! 

6/08    Stellar Performance in 29 Palms is now in the process of becoming AAA Approved. The only thing left to qualify is the 3rd party survey of our customers to determine how we are doing and if they feel we should be approved. We need a 97% initial Positive rating to qualify. Results will be in very soon!

9/08    STELLAR PERFORMANCE 29 PALMS NOW AAA APPROVED

6/10   Stellar Yucca Valley received the prestigous AAA Quality Award.  You must receive a minimum 99% CSI 2 years in a row with a maximum of 1  customer complaint.   In So. California, only approx. 56 shops received the award out of approx 450 AAA Approved Repair Shops. Thats a major accomplishment we are very proud of!

7/10   Stellar Performance 29 Palms received 98.06% Customer satisfaction from AAA
